ALONG THE 53RD PARALLEL |
The program
is level to any person who does not have a special training. It successfully includes many wonderful
nature sites of Kamchatka and allows to consider unpredictable weather of the peninsular, so it is
very popular with tourists. According to the program, the group gathers in the airport in Elizovo on
the first day of the tour. A representative of 'Polus-M' meets the group at the airport. Transfer to
a hotel in Paratunka resort area. Thermal water is the main feature of the area. A visit to the area
of Mutnovsky (2323 meters) and Gorely (1829 meters) allows not difficult ascents and to watch volcanic
activity. Memory of amazing scenery will last long. Not complicated rafting on Bystraya (Malkinskaya)
river surprises with pristine forests, possibility to see Kamchatka's bear and just rest and fishing.
For those who are fond of fishing we would recommend to bring fishing gear. A bout excursion will show
the most beautiful bay in the world - Avachinskaya bay, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and the Pacific.
The hardest and the most important part of the tour - ascent of Avachinsky volcano, a 'home' volcano,
as it is called. An 8 hours ascent will require patience and endurance. The final part - a helicopte
excursion to the Valley of Geysers, situated in the territory of Kronotsky State Preserve. The Valley
is hosted with a canyon with fabulous nature and was first discovered in 1941. It is a place, which
is always attractive for tourists. During the flight you will see the beauty of volcanoes, mountain
ranges and picturesque nature.
